Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item(s), you must place a new order online for the item(s) you wish to purchase. The original items will need to be returned by following the Return Procedures below and the original credit card will be refunded, minus shipping costs. Coupon codes may not be applied on an exchange for size, color or style.

Returns
Princess On The Go advises you to ship all returned items via insured mail. This is to protect you from the possibility of loss during shipping.
All returned item(s) will have a 10% restocking fee.
All returned item(s) are thoroughly inspected for any signs of being worn, including smoke/food odor and pet hair. Returned item(s) must be in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer, including but not limited to appearance, color, odor, etc. Merchandise must have original tag(s) attached and accompany it's original protective covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories. Merchandise also MUST be attached with the original plastic connector. Any damage to tag(s) including but not limited to: original hole tear, tape on tag, hole punched tag, etc. will VOID returns and/or exchanges. In addition, if the original plastic connector is not attached and/or it is damaged in ANY way, it will VOID any returns and/or exhanges.
If any of the above inspection(s) fails or an item is returned past our 5 day policy, it will be sent back to the customer at customer's expense and the transaction will be deemed final sale.
All dresses, including communion dresses are non-refundable and may only be returned for one-time size exchange of the same style. There will be a 10% restocking fee and a second shipping charge.
Pettiskirts, Pettidress and Ballet dresses can only be exchanged. No refund will be issued. These can only be exchanged for same items and same color. If not available, you will be instructed to choose another item and will be left up to the company to issue a refund if the item is not avilable. There may also be a re-shipping charge.
Clearance item(s) are FINAL!

Please note:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. And all shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes all refused and unaccepted packages. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any order in which delivery is refused.
Returning 3 items or more
Eligible only for store credit with a 15% restocking fee.
Not eligible for a refund.
