Princess On The Go and PrincessOnThe Go.com use the United States Postal Service for their shipping. If you are a buyer that has an account with a different carrier and would like us to use that particular carrier, please contact us and provide us with the account number and appropriate information. Items are usually processed with in 3 days of purchase.
For expedited shipping is $7.99 for USPS Priority shipping.
Paypal must be used for Priority Shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Purchases made through the Google checkout may take and additional 3-5 days for payment processing.
1. Domestic shipping starts at $4.99, then $1.00 for each Item their after.
Priority Shipping starts at $7.99 and $2.99 for each item their after.
2. Orders will not be sent until proper shipping cost is collected.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes all refused and unaccepted packages. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any order in which delivery is refused.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Once package leaves the United States PrincessOnTheGo.com is not responsible for lost items! There will be no refunds, exchanges or any other monetary reimbursement to the customer!
Once the package leaves customs from our country, the package can no longer be tracked.
